In this article we shall focus on one of the most important aspects of any event production and management, primarily on the aspect of effective division of labour and staff/volunteers into teams and delegation of tasks to them in order to obtain maximum efficiency. Determining the team lead The team lead is basically the father of the team or the master, crudely speaking. The lead is concerned with ensuring that all the events are running smooth. He will monitor every move and more importantly he will take the responsibilities for everything. He is the important figure. He shall see if the tasks are met. And everybody in the team can be subjected to his inquiry. Program administration the staff working in this department or team will be taking full control of the all the activities in the respective event (such as speaking sessions and catering). They will administer every task associated with the event. It is important that the tasks are made specific to maximize foc
